RETURNS & REFUNDS :If you change your mind, we can only accept an item for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in original, uninstalled, saleable condition, in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. The order confirmation number from your initial email must be included. Once the product arrives and is inspected ,if you wish a straight return, a credit will be issued to your credit card. If you prefer an exchange, you will be responsible for: The return shipping charge Any higher price difference between the item you return and your second choice item Shipping charges for the replacement item

Once you have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) Number: Box the item in the original packaging, taking the same care that was taken to ship to you. Include your Order Confirmation Number from your initial email. A photocopy is acceptable. Write the Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) Number you were given, on the box The Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) number MUST also be written on the courier's or Post Office's way bill! Ship back at your own expense.

REFUND PROCESS: Upon receiving the returned item and conducting an inspection to ensure it meets our criteria, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Please be aware that the refund process could take up to 30 DAYS from the date we review and approve the inspection for the returned product.
