RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At BIGBOZ Exhaust, we value every customer and stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following policy applies to all returns, refunds, and exchanges:
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
If you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original, resalable condition

The item is returned in its original packaging, fully protected and packed in the same careful manner it was originally shipped

All components must be intact and included (e.g. tips, hardware, inserts, etc.)

A valid Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) is obtained prior to return
Important: Returns that arrive damaged due to poor repackaging or lack of proper protection will not qualify for a full refund and may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Contact us at [your email or website] to request an RGA#.

Once approved, return the product using the original packaging.

Clearly write the RGA# on the outside of the box and on the shipping label or waybill.

Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
Packages received without a valid RGA# will be rejected and returned to sender at their expense.
RETURN DEADLINE
After receiving your RGA#, the item must arrive at our facility within 5 business days. Returns that arrive after this window may be refused, and the refund voided.
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns unless otherwise specified.

If the return is for an exchange, the customer is responsible for:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
International orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for customs clearance times, import duties, or carrier delays. These are beyond our control and vary by country.
BIGBOZ Exhaust reserves the right to change carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) based on availability or service issues to avoid shipment delays.
CUSTOMS DELAYS & REFUSED PACKAGES
If customs or brokerage agents delay or hold your shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to respond or comply with the destination country’s procedures.
If a package is refused at delivery, the customer remains responsible for:

Any return shipping charges

Duties, taxes, or customs fees applied during the return process

Ensuring the item arrives back in resalable condition
These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund. BIGBOZ Exhaust will not issue refunds until the product is returned, inspected, and cleared of all fees.
WARRANTY POLICY
A valid RGA# is required for all warranty claims.
BIGBOZ Exhaust will cover return shipping only on approved warranty claims. Customer must provide:

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)

Description of the defect

Clear photos of the issue, if applicable

Full customer contact information
Products returned C.O.D. or without an RGA# will be refused.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process after approval.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

Refunds may be reduced to account for shipping costs, customs fees, return charges, or damage due to poor packaging.
ADDITIONAL PROTECTION CLAUSES (Optional but Recommended)

Chargeback Policy: Any false or fraudulent chargeback claims will be disputed with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation, carrier tracking, and proof of fulfillment.

Risk of Loss: All items are shipped with tracking. Once the item has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

Refused Packages: Refusing delivery does not guarantee a full refund. The package must be returned in good condition, and any associated costs will be deducted.
