BIGBOZ Exhaust Warranty Policy

Our Promise
Every BigBoz Exhaust product is built from premium 304 stainless steel and guaranteed for life against defects in material and workmanship.

Direct Website Orders (Customers)

  • Covered under Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Not covered: normal wear and tear (heat bluing, finish fading, sound changes), accidents, collisions, misuse, competition/racing use, or improper installation.

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

  • To file a claim, you must provide:

    • Original order number

    • Full name, email, phone number

    • Photos/videos of defect and description of issue

Shipping Policy: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless BigBoz determines it is our defect.

Authorized Installers

  • Covered under the same Lifetime Warranty as direct customers.

  • Claims must be submitted through your assigned BigBoz representative via email, who will handle the process.

Distributors

Drop Ship Orders

  • Covered under Lifetime Warranty against defects.

Stocking Orders

  • Covered under Lifetime Warranty against defects.

  • Disclaimer: BigBoz Exhaust is not responsible if:

    • The end customer orders the wrong size.

    • Incorrect vehicle information is provided.

    • Extra hardware is promised that is not included.

  • Distributors must ensure their customers are properly informed.

Hardware Policy

  • Most BigBoz Exhaust products do not include hardware.

  • Only exceptions:

    • DeepRev Axleback Kit (Brushed Satin Finish Mufflers) for 2015–2023 V8 Dodge Charger

    • Axleback Kit (Brushed Satin Finish Mufflers) for 2015–2023 V8 Dodge Charger

General Limitations

  • Warranty does not cover labor, installation, removal, or any incidental or consequential damages.

  • Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at BigBoz’s discretion.

  • If a product is discontinued, BigBoz reserves the right to substitute an equivalent item of equal value.

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and final approval by BigBoz Exhaust.

  • Coverage may vary outside the U.S. — international claims are subject to additional restrictions.
